Obituary:
Emma Anna Fest of Hainesport died Wednesday April 22nd, 2009 at her residence. She was 82. Mrs. Fest was born in Philadelphia, the daughter of the late John and Martha Foerst Briinger. She was a former telephone operator for New Jersey Bell Telephone and in her later years she was a cafeteria matron at the Hainesport School. Mrs. Fest enjoyed going to Atlantic City and the Jersey shore, volunteering for Habit for Humanity for many years, and really enjoyed tracing the family and doing genealogy. By far her greatest love was her family—husband, children and grandchildren and great grandson. Mrs. Fest is survived by her husband William C. Fest, Jr.; a son and his fiancée, William C. Fest III and Nancy Breece, her daughter and son-in-law, Cynthia Chapin and Abraham D., her grandchildren: Marcia Johnson and her husband Kyle and A.J. Chapin, Jr., and his fiancée Brianna Hackl and her great grandson: Kyler Chase Johnson. Funeral Services will be held Saturday at 12 Noon at the Perinchief Chapels, 438 High Street, Mount Holly. Interment will be in St. Paul’s Cemetery, Hainesport. Friends may call Saturday from 10AM- 12 Noon at the funeral home.
