John C. Branin of the Wiley Home in Marlton died Monday June 29th at his residence. He was 90. John was born in Belcoville, NJ and lived in Medford most of his life. John attended Mount Holly High School where he starred in basketball and baseball. He was inducted into the Rancocas Valley High Athletic Hall of Fame in 1993. John worked with his father in the painting business for more than forty years. John was a longtime active member of the Tabernacle Church of Christ.
John is survived by his wife of 67 years, Kathryn (nee Longnecker), a brother Lorain H. of Haddonfield, two nephews: Kurt C. of FL and James C. of Blackwood and two grandnieces, Elizabeth and Natalie Branin of Haddon field.
Funeral Services will be held Friday at 1PM at the Tabernacle Church of Christ, 99 Carranza Road, Tabernacle,NJ 08088 Interment will be in the Mount Holly Cemetery. Friends may call Friday from 12 Noon to 1PM at the Church. Contributions may be made to the Church at the above address. Arrangements by the Perinchief Chapels, 438 High ST., Mount Holly
