Obituary:
Lewis Salvatore Carlisi of Burlington Township, formerly of Levittown, PA, died Monday April 19, 2010 at home surrounded by his family. He was 74. Born in Trenton, Mr. Carlisi served in the US Air Force during Korea. He was employed as a Building Supervisor for the State of New Jersey, Department of the Treasury in Trenton for over 30 years. Predeceased by his mother and father Angelina (Traino) and Richard Carlisi, Sr. His brothers Angelo, Richard, Jr., and Pasquale. His son Jeffrey Carlisi and his wife of over 20 years Toni (Naddeo) Carlisi. He is survived by his loving daughter and son-in-law Laura and Nicholas Belfiore, Sr. of Burlington Township with whom he resided; his beloved grandson Nicholas (Pop-Pop’s boy); his treasured dogs Sammy and Petey; a special Aunt “Tess” Pierleonardi who raised him, and many nieces, nephews and cousins who adored him. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday at 10:00 AM at the Sacred Heart Church, 260 High St., Mount Holly. Interment will be in Resurrection Cemetery in Bensalem, PA. Friends may call on Thursday evening from 6-9 PM and on Friday morning from 9 – 9:45 AM at the Perinchief Chapels, 438 High St., Mt. Holly.
