Name: John B. "Jack" Colraine Date: July 29th, 1936 - June 14th, 2010 Obituary: Jack Colraine of the Homestead section of Columbus died Monday June 14th, 2010 at Virtua Memorial Hospital in Mount Holly. He was 73. Mr. Colraine was born in New York City and was a retired Sergeant Major in the U.S. Army retiring from Fort Dix in 1980 and he served tours in Germany, Korea and Vietnam. He retired from his second career at the U.S. Post Office in Mount Holly in 1999. Mr. Colraine enjoyed cruising, playing pinochle, and going to casinos. He was the caller for the Homestead Seniors Bingo. Mr. Colraine is survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Carol. He is also survived by a son David and his wife Barbie, a daughter Brenda, his grandchildren; Gary, David, James and Ambur. He is also survived by his mother, Ann Colraine and two sisters and their spouses: Mary and John Beegan and Patricia and Carl Sanfilippo. He was predeceased by his father James and a brother James. Funeral Services will be held Friday at 10AM at the Perinchief Chapels, 438 High Street, Mount Holly. Interment will be in Brig. Gen. William Doyle Veterans Memorial Cem. in Arneytown. Friends may visit with the family Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9PM at the funeral home.
