Christine Vogel

Christine A. Vogel (nee Kasperowicz) of Southampton, NJ, passed away on Thursday, January 7, 2021 at her home surrounded by her family. She was 64. Born in Philadelphia, PA, Christine grew up in Cinnaminson, NJ, and was a 1974 graduate of Holy Cross High School Class and a 1978 graduate of Holy Family College. She worked as a Medical Technologist, most recently for Drs. Alan Penziner and Edward Hernandez in Westampton, NJ. Christine met the love of her life on Saturday, November 27, 1976. She and Ron were devoted to each other for over 45 years. Chris enjoyed reading with her daughter, Anne Marie, and spending time at the shore. Chris took great responsibility in taking care of her family. She liked baking, cooking, and crafts, especially meeting with her monthly stamping ladies group. Chris was a member of Sacred Heart RC Church where she sang in the choir and was an officer in the Altar Rosary Society. She spent many years volunteering with the American Red Cross. She is survived by her husband of 41 years, Ronald W. Vogel; her daughter Anne Marie Vogel; her parents Theresa & Eugene Kasperowicz of Cinnaminson; brothers David (Maria) & Philip Kasperowicz and a sister Donna (William) Malinowski. She is also survived by her mother-in-law Lois Vogel; brother-in-law William (May) Vogel, sister-in-law Susan Vogel-Brown, 6 nephews: Stephen & Andrew Vogel, David & Eric Kasperowicz, Cole & Ryan Malinowski, and niece Briana Vogel. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday at 11:00 AM at the Sacred Heart RC Church, 260 High St., Mount Holly. Burial will follow in the Sacred Heart Cemetery. Friends may visit with the family on Wednesday from 4-7 PM at the Perinchief Chapels, 438 High St., Mount Holly. Facial coverings must be worn and social distance guidelines followed at all events. In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory may be made to Nemours Alfred I. duPont Hospital for Children, Wilmington, DE.
