Holly, New Jersey, Denise was the cherished daughter of the late Richard and Patricia Phillips, who instilled in her the values of love, compassion, and resilience. Denise carried those values with her throughout her life, embodying the spirit of kindness and warmth that endeared her to all who had the privilege of knowing her. Denise was the proud and devoted mother to her children: Eric (Kristin) Graham of Berlin, Justin (Lauren) Graham of Browns Mills, and Kerri (Adam) Matthews of Browns Mills, Stepson Steven (Bhavana) Graham of Lumberton who were the light of her life. Her nurturing spirit extended to her seven grandchildren—Courtney Graham, Erica Graham, Jace Graham, Mackenzie Graham, Samuel Graham, Amelia Graham and Eric Graham Jr.—and her adored great-grandchild, June Damato, who brought her immeasurable joy and pride. With a heart that never ceased to reach outward, Denise was a deeply loving soul who thrived on connection. Her life was a testament to the power of love and community, as she always sought to be involved in people's lives and every meaningful moment within them. With boundless enthusiasm and genuine warmth, she had an extraordinary ability to make friends wherever she went, turning acquaintances into cherished connections and strangers into family. Denise's spirit lives on in the hearts of her siblings, Rick (Becky), Michael (Michelle), and Steve (Kristine) Phillips, who shared in her laughter and supported her through life's journey. Her nieces and nephews will fondly remember Aunt Dee Dee's lively presence and unwavering encouragement. A private ceremony will be held to honor Denise's life and memory, where her family will gather to celebrate the beautiful tapestry of her life.
