Patricia Ann Watson

It is with heavy hearts that we announce Patricia Ann (Pat) Watson passed away peacefully on Thursday, April 10 th , 2025. Pat was born to Anne Letts (John Letts) on March 8, 1941, in Camden, NJ. She had three siblings, Jeanne (William), John Letts (Penny),and Charles Letts (Peggy). She attended Camden Catholic High School and always referred to herself as a “Camden Catholic Girl” along with her lifelong friends who she most treasured, as well as her “Red Hatters” with whom she would meet for lunches and special occasions. For 58 wonderful years, Pat was married to Richard (Dick) Watson until he was called home to Heaven. They made a life for themselves in Delran New Jersey where they proudly lived for 60 years and raised their 3 beautiful children, Richard Jr (Julia Peon), Casey (Carol Gonteski), and Denise (George Winton). Her legacy continued with the birth of her 4 Grandchildren Carly (CJ), Cori (Evan), Pamela (Ty), and Ashley (Joey), and bonus grandchildren Damian and Nicole. The cherry on top was her 3 Great Grandchildren, Carter, Riley, and Callie, and bonus greatgrandchildren, Mario, and Mason. Pat was the best mom and mom-mom, everyone's number 1 fan, and the greatest cheerleader. Pat was a true lady of the house, doting on all family and friends with her special treats like her famous iced tea, sweet pink lemonade, pretzels, and potato chips. She had this special way of remembering everyone’s favorite food or treat and making sure it made an appearance every year on birthdays and holidays. Pat also worked at Clover at the customer service desk making friends with everyone that visited the store. Some of our fondest memories of Mom-Mom are the dance parties, Disney singalongs, weekend sleepovers, and laughing until the sun went down. Family and friends will be received at Sacred Heart Church, 260 High Street, Mt. Holly, New Jersey from 9:30am-11:00am on Tuesday, April 22nd followed by a Memorial Mass. We will be hosting a celebration of her life after mass at Carlucci’ s Waterfront, 876 Centerton Rd, Mt Laurel, New Jersey. In Lieu of flowers, donations can be made in her name to Shiners Children’ s Hospital which had a special meaning to her.
