Champion L. Harris of Maple Shade passed away suddenly on Sunday, December 6, 2020 at Jefferson Hospital in Cherry Hill. He was 67. Born in Salem, NJ, Champion was a graduate of Rancocas Valley Regional High School and had his own tree service business. He is survived by Emma Craythorn, his longtime spouse; 5 children: Collen, Amber, Champion Jr., Chelse & Billy; 5 grandchildren; his sisters: Barbara Moorman, & Turena (Robert) Carney; and his brothers Danny (Kimberly) Carter, Norman Harris, Frank (Donna) Harris, & John (Cindy) Harris. The brother of the late Amos Harris, he is also survived by many nieces and nephews and his longtime friends Keith Kirkland, Vernon Still, and Andrew Garcia. A Memorial Service will be held on Sunday at 3pm at the Perinchief Chapels, 438 High St., Mount Holly. Friends may visit with the family on Sunday from 2-3pm at the Funeral Home.
