Connie L Parks
January 19, 1958 - May 30, 2022
Connie L Parks Devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. Connie Louise Parks, 64, died May 30, 2022 at Samaritan Hospice in Mount Holly with her family by her side. Connie was born January 19, 1958 in Hainesport, New Jersey to Robert and Lois Hoffman. Connie married Elwood F Parks on September 28, 1982 after one year of knowing each other in Pemberton, NJ. The two were each other’s life long companions and best friends. They were blessed with four children: Tammy, Elwood “Frank”, Jennifer, and Amanda. Connie worked many jobs but always spoke mostly of her time at Teddys Hallmark and Shoprite of Medford. She enjoyed meeting new people, making new friends, and always seeing her favorite Eagles player, David Akers, when he’d come to shop. She enjoyed crocheting blankets, diamond dotz, and spoiling her grandchildren. Connie is survived by her husband Elwood, and four children, Tammy Parks, Elwood “Frank” (Amanda) Parks Jr, Jennifer (Cyprian) Contreras, and Amanda Parks; her 7 grandchildren; her sisters and brothers Cindy, Bobby and sister-in-law Ella, Cheryl and brother-in-law Rick, and her youngest brother Ron. Connie was an amazing woman, wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. She continued to do what she loved up until her death, laughing and smiling. Please donate to the Samaritan Hospice in Mount Holly as they took amazing care of Connie in her last week. We as a family cannot thank them enough for the love and compassion they not only gave her, but to us as well. Funeral services will be held on Sunday at 1pm at the Perinchief Chapels, 438 High St., Mount Holly. Friends may visit with the family on Sunday from 11am – pm at the Funeral Home. www.perinchief.com
