David Silver German of Lumberton, passed away suddenly on Friday, June 11, 2021, surrounded by his family. He was 50. Born in Taipei, Taiwan, David grew up in Maryland and was a resident of Lumberton for the past 11 years. He did environmental work and later worked as a mechanic for Lucas Dodge. He enjoyed air soft guns, cars, the outdoors, camping, his dogs, and most especially spending time with his daughter. David is survived by his daughter Lylah Mei German; his partner Kendra Hatfield of Lumberton; his parents David and Mei German of Severn, Maryland; 2 sisters Kathy and Margie; 2 nieces Aiyanna and Amya; and 2 nephews Luke & Nicholas as well as many friends. A Memorial Service will be held on Monday, June 21, 2021 at 5pm at the Perinchief Chapels, 438 High St., Mount Holly. Friends may visit with his family on Monday from 3-5pm at the Funeral Home. Contributions in his memory may be made to the family for Lylah’s education.
