Franklin “Frank” P. Kells of Mount Holly passed away on Monday, August 10, 2020 at the Samaritan Hospice Inpatient Unit in Mount Holly. He was 70. Born in Hackensack, NJ; Mr. Kells grew up in Fairlawn, NJ and served in the US Army during Vietnam and for many years in the Army Reserves. He lived in the Mount Holly area for many years and moved to Arizona for about 20 years and then back to Mount Holly. Frank most recently worked for Miller Ford. He loved NFL football and enjoyed bowling but mostly was a “workaholic” who wanted to provide for his family. Frank is survived by his wife of 39 years, Brenda; 3 children: daughter and son-in-law Stacey and John Saxton of Lumberton; son Michael Kells of Southampton; and daughter Tara Moore of Michigan; 5 grandchildren: Emily Ann (De’shawn), Matthew, Abigail, Madison, & Keith; and 2 great-grandchildren: Amari, Maurice, and Martin He is also survived by 2 brothers: Herbert Kells, Jr. and Petter Kells; and a sister Kelly “Rita” Conneen. A Memorial Service will be held on Friday at 7pm at the Perinchief Chapels, 438 High St., Mount Holly. Friends may visit with the family on Friday from 5-7pm at the Funeral Home.
