Helen L Patrick

Helen L. Patrick (nee Montgomery) passed away peacefully on February 23, 2022 at Brightview Greentree in Marlton at the age of 96. Helen was born and raised in the Frankford section of Philadelphia and graduated from Frankford high School in 1942. She married her husband Jim on July 24, 1946 in Indianapolis and spent their first year of marriage in Los Angeles. They returned to Philadelphia in late 1947 and eventually moved to Lumberton in 1954 where they spent the rest of their married life. Helen worked as a bookkeeper/accounting clerk for Goodyear, Albert C. Jones Associates and Jones Data prior to spending 25 years at the Alaimo Group from which she retired in 1996. She was predeceased by her husband Jim and siblings Elsie, James (Bud), Harry (Ginger) and Thomas; survived by her only son Donald J. Patrick (Gretchen) of Mount Laurel, grandchildren Shannon L. Breitman (Collin) of Moorestown and Tyler D. Patrick (Joanna) of Quakertown, PA; one great-grandchild, a brother Richard (Kathy) Montgomery of Willow Springs, NC and many nieces and nephews. The family wishes to express thanks and appreciation to the management and staff of Brightview Greentree and Vitality Hospice for their compassion and care for Helen. At Helen’s request, there will be no services. Private interment will be held at the convenience of the family.
