Margaret "Peggy" Lovendoski
February 1, 1956 - April 8, 2021
Margaret (Peggy) Lovendoski, of Pemberton, passed away on April 8, 2021 at Samaritan Hospice, in Mount Holly, she was 65 years old. Born February 1, 1956 to Gilbert and Betty Stetson, Peggy was raised in Southampton NJ and attended Lenape High School. Peggy worked as the Supervisor of Accounts in finance for the Burlington County Health Department for 32 years. Peggy was a member of the Dream Tree at the Lighthouse Church, serving in the Children’s Ministry and Nursery. Peggy volunteered her time along with her small group study and Faces of Change in providing Thanksgiving and Christmas meals to the homeless in Camden as well as distributing blessing bags filled with toiletries, snacks, and other comfort items. Peggy was a faithful prayer warrior who lifted up the needs of others as well as providing comfort and hope to those who needed it. Peggy enjoyed reading, going to the beach, and floating in the pool. She loved spending time with her grandchildren and her great-grandchild, as well as watching reruns of Law & Order and ER. She will be greatly missed. Peggy is survived by her loving daughter Jennifer (Matthew) Soltesz, her grandchildren Chelsea (Tom), Dalton, Austin, Kayleigh, Avery, and Emma, her great granddaughter Ariya, her mother Betty Stetson (nee Glass), her sister Linda (Raymond) Woods, her brothers Gilbert, Billy (Cathy), and Bryan (Beth) Stetson. There will be no services held, donations may be made in Peggy’s memory to the American Cancer Society at donate3.cancer.org.
