Rosalind R. Jones of Browns Mills, formerly of Mount Holly, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, May 7, 2022 at her daughter’s home surrounded by her family. She was 84. Born in Jamaica West Indies, Mrs. Jones was a longtime Mount Holly area resident. She worked as a seamstress, most recently for Walpole in Mount Holly. Rosalind loved sewing, dancing, and especially spending time with her family. The wife of the late Virgo Augustus Jones, and the mother of the late Jacqueline Jones and Compton Grey; she leaves to cherish her memory 5 daughters: Sandra (Harry) Foster, Donnett Jones, Claudine (Kokou) Korsorku, Claudia (Hope) Aboky-Djanty, Marlene Jones (Noel Stone); 4 sons: Delroy (Rezza) Morris, Michael (Bridgette) Jones, Peter (Cathy) Jones, Linval (Jinja) Jones; 34 grandchildren, and 30 great-grandchildren and a host of friends. Relatives and Friends are invited to her viewing on Friday evening from 6-8pm and Saturday morning from 10-11 am at the Perinchief Chapels, 438 High St., Mount Holly. A Funeral Service will follow on Saturday at 11am. Burial will be in the New Odd Fellows Cemetery, Juliustown Rd., Pemberton Township. Perinchief Chapels is inviting you to a scheduled Zoom meeting.
