Shawn James Clothier

January 28, 2001 - December 17, 2021

Shawn James Clothier of Lumberton passed away on Friday, December 17, 2021. He was 20. Born in Boston Massachusetts, Shawn grew up in Lumberton and was a 2019 graduate of Rancocas Valley High School. He was actively involved in many clubs at RV but his passion was lacrosse and wrestling. Shawn loved his teammates and coaches. He was a student at West Virginia University, majoring in Communications and a member of Sigma Nu Fraternity. Shawn loved following and debating sports teams and players, and he was an impassioned Philadelphia fan. Shawn had a larger-than-life personality. He was quick witted and extremely funny. He was passionate, fearless, loved his family and was a loyal friend. Shawn is survived and deeply loved by his parents Jim and Rose, twin sister Grace Ann, older brother Jim, youngest brother Ryan, grandmother Anna Clothier, wife of the late Gerarde Clothier, grandparents John and Claire O’Keefe (deceased), many Aunts and Uncles and cousins too numerous to name but equally share in their love of Shawn. Relatives and friends may visit with the family on Wednesday from 4-8pm at the Perinchief Chapels, 438 High St., Mount Holly. Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated on Thursday at 10:30am at the Sacred Heart Church, 260 High St., Mount Holly. Burial will follow in Jesus, Bread of Life Cemetery in Mount Laurel.
