February 2, 1957 - November 13, 2021
Viktoria Pallante, of Eastampton, NJ, age 64, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on November 13th, 2021. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. Her valiant battle with breast cancer over the years showed her unstoppable courage in facing this challenge with a smile, never complaining and she stayed strong to the end. Born in Hanau, Germany, she grew up in Westampton, NJ where she attended Westampton Township Schools and graduated from Rancocas Valley Regional High School in 1975. She began her career as a floral designer working for Bob White’s Flower Shop and other numerous flower shops over the years, using her artistic talent to turn stems of flowers into beautiful arrangements. She was always surrounded by fresh flowers in her home. She was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan who tried to never miss watching a game, enjoyed vacationing with her family, loved visiting the beach and Atlantic City, decorating her home for the holidays, spending time in the kitchen trying new recipes or making a family favorite. She was a devoted wife and mother, who loved taking care of her family, gathering together every Friday for “pizza night” and playing board games. She played to win too! She had an uncanny ability to find happiness in her daily activities. She was known for always sending a beautifully handwritten thank-you note for any kindness shown to her. She touched so many people with her generous heart and would be the first one to call or visit if anyone needed help. She is predeceased by her parents, Edward and Mathilde Vengen; her sisters Karol and Barbara Vengen; her father and mother-in-law, Joseph and Rita Pallante. She is survived by her husband of 45 years, the love of her life, Joseph Pallante, II; cherished daughter Stephanie Shemeley (James); adored grandson Justin Shemeley; soon to be born great-grandson Justin Avery Shemeley, Jr.; siblings Linda Cirillo (Stephen), Edward Vengen, James Vengen (Barbara Shirley), Trudy Rivera (Orlando); and goddaughter Katie Chaney. She is also survived by her sister-in-laws and brother-in-law, Ruth Pallante, Roberta Scott (Robert), Linda Bauma (John), Marie Paolini, Gerald Pallante; and many other nieces, nephews and cousins that will miss her dearly. Also survived by her Godparents Aunt Irene and Uncle Erich Viel, Aunt Christa Broll, and Uncle Hans Schafer in Germany. Friends and relatives are invited to visit with the family at Perinchief Funeral Home, 438 High Street, Mt. Holly, NJ on Saturday, November 20th from 11 AM to 1 PM, with a service beginning at 1 PM. To honor her life, the family asks that you pay a kindness forward to someone you love whenever you can.
