Diane M. Barnett

Diane Marie Barnett, née Guyre, of Willingboro, NJ, passed away peacefully on October 2, 2025, at the age of 69. Born on December 16, 1955, in Fort Dix, NJ, Diane lived a life full of warmth, creativity, and love. Diane was the heart of her family. She was set to celebrate 45 beautiful years of marriage on October 11th with the love of her life, Edward Barnett. Together, they built a home filled with laughter, warmth, and countless cherished memories. Diane is lovingly survived by her son, Justyn Hosier; her daughter, McKenzie Barnett; and her beloved grandchildren, Joseph, Syvanna, Benjamin, and Concetta, who brought her immense joy. She is also survived by her twin sister, Donna Guyre; her brother Ryck Guyre and his wife Ann; her nieces, Audra Yacka and Tricia Richardson, along with their children; and many more cousins and extended family members who will miss her dearly. She was preceded in death by her parents, Connie and Jim Guyre, and her sisters-in-law, Sheryl and June Barnett. Primarily a devoted homemaker, Diane also worked for many years as a consultant with Cottage Collectibles and Henn Workshops, sharing her eye for design and detail. She played a key role in supporting shop owners in Mill Race Village, most notably at Silver Lining in Mount Holly. Diane had a true passion for decorating — if you knew her, you knew her home was a wonderland of seasonal beauty, especially during the fall and winter holidays. She loved gardening, watching hummingbirds, and above all, spending time with her family and close friends. Her infectious smile lit up every room, and she never met a stranger. A dedicated community member, Diane served for many years with the Board of Elections and took great pride in working the polls. She also enthusiastically supported local events, including Mount Holly’s Witches Ball and many other neighborhood gatherings. A visitation in her memory will be held on October 7, 2025, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Perinchief Chapels, 438 High Street, Mount Holly, NJ 08060. Memorial services will begin at 8 PM at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that donations be made to The Samaritan Center at Mount Holly.
