Marcia A Thibeault

Marcia A. Thibeault of Moorestown, formerly of Westampton, passed away on Tuesday, October 8, 2024 at the Samaritan Hospice Inpatient Unit in Voorhees. She was 88. Born in Somerville, NJ. Marcia was a long time resident of Westampton and then Moorestown, NJ. She was an US Air Force Veteran where she packed parachutes. While living in Westampton she was very active in her community. She was a volunteer EMT for the Westampton EMS and a past Captain, assisted in fundraising and building of the Westampton FD & EMS building on Woodland Road, a Police Matron for the Westampton PD, and was active in local government and worked the election polls. Marcia worked many jobs over the years, mail carrier, teacher's aide at the Holly Hills Elementary School and most recently as a payroll clerk for the NJ National Guard. She was an active member of the American Legion Post 509 and was a past post Commander. She received a Commendation from Mount Holly Township, State of New Jersey and also received the The Legion of Honor Life-Saving Medallion from The Chapel of Four Chaplains for rendering first aid to a gunshot victim during a shooting at the Acme in Mount Holly. She was predeceased by her loving husband, Raymond, her parents, John and Emma Kropewnicki, brother, John Kropewnicki and granddaughter, Sarah Thibeault. She is survived by 4 children, sons, Michael (late Cindy), Richard (Catherine) and David (Michelle), daughter, Marie Nagle (Alfred). Her grandchildren, Joshua (Jackie), Abigail, Eric (Krystal), Matthew (Jeannine), Quade and Ryker. Great-granddaughters, Ellie, Cora, Andi and Phoebe and Great-grandson, Van. She will lovingly be remembered by her sisters, Vivian Davis, Amy Kozik (Wayne) and Janice Walinchus (Late Ed) and extended family, neighbors and friends. Relatives and friends may visit with the family on Monday October 21st from 6-8 pm at the Perinchief Chapels, 438 High Street, Mount Holly, NJ. Graveside services will be held privately on Tuesday, October 22nd at the Beverly National Cemetery. Contributions in her memory may be made to Military Women's Memorial, Arlington, VA and American Legion Post 509, Rancocas Road, Westampton, NJ
