Willard A. Beasley Jr.

Willard Andrew Beasley Jr, 74, passed away unexpectedly on October 4, 2022. Will was born in Augusta, Georgia, but raised in Hainesport, New Jersey. He was affectionately nicknamed "Bubba" by his sister, Brenda which stuck with him throughout his childhood and adult life. After high school, he served in the United States Marine Corp during the Vietnam War. Shortly after he met his wife, JoAnn, they raised four children together. He enjoyed playing pool with friends and excelled at the game. Besides family and friends his cat Penelope was his loyal companion and roommate for 18 years. Will supported his family working as a house painter for over 40 years. He took pride in his work and in the fact that he never had to advertise. All of his business came from word-of -mouth referrals from his clients. Will was always ready to laugh even if the joke was at his expense. His witty sense of humor will be cherished forever. Later in his life, Will devoted much of his time learning about the Bible and how it can change lives for the better. Will experienced this first hand and was moved to volunteer his time to help others find the happiness that he found by applying what he learned from studying the Bible. As one of Jehovah's Witnesses, he loved sharing the good news from the Bible with everyone he met. He faithfully attended his weekly congregation meetings and was an encouragement to all. Will died a faithful servant of Jehovah, God. Will is survived by his daughters Courtney (Anthony) Mastrippolito, Chandra Beasley, Caitlin (Billy) Foster, step-son David Gilbert, 10 grandchildren, (Andrew, Aaron, Ariah, Trevon, Taje`, Alanis, Devin, Cameron, Lizzy, and Billy (Junior), and 1 great-grandson (Trevon Jr). His sisters Brenda (JR) Maddox, Candy Coggan, and brother Dennis Mroczkowski . He is predeceased in death by his mother, Myrtle Mroczkowski and step-father Alex Mroczkowski and father, Willard A. Beasley. Sr. Will's memorial service will be held on October 15,2022 at 2:30pm at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 4747 White Horse Pike, Egg Harbor City, NJ 08215.
